The first major planetarium in New England

opened its doors at the Museum of Science 50 years ago thanks to the Charles Hayden Foundation and other generous donors. The time has come for a complete renovation of the Planetarium to not only meet our expanding understanding of the cosmos, but also offer a highly immersive learning environment that can teach across the scientific spectrum.

Please consider making a gift today to help fund this extraordinary transformation, and help make the Planetarium the most technically advanced theater in New England!
